Changing Your Service
The best option is to plan well in advance BEFORE you submit your
visa application. Changing your service once your passport has been
submitted will result in a $75.00 change fee and an additional $30

high, we recommend that you make the special trip to the consulate,
stand in a special line for three hours and make the change
yourself. Our couriers who process these change requests are
unable to service other customers during this time.
Multiple Entry Visas
MULTIPLE ENTRY VISAS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR
INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN ILLUSTRATE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TO CHINA BEFORE
WITH AN EXPIRED VISA IN THEIR PASSPORT. SOMETIMES THE
CHINESE CONSULATE REQUESTS A LETTER FROM THE APPLICANT INDICATING

NEED ADDITIONAL ENTRIES TO CHINA AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TO CHINA
BEFORE, THE CHINESE CONSULATE WILL ISSUE YOU A SIX MONTH,
DOUBLE-ENTRY VISA VALID FOR BETWEEN 30-60 DAYS EACH ENTRY.

Consultation By Phone
We go far above and beyond to provide you with updated and accurate
information to assist you with the sometimes complicated visa application
process. There are people available to answer your questions at all hours
of the day and even on the weekends. However, we do not provide
consultation to non-paying customers or individuals seeking free information
in order to process their applications in-person. This is a business and we
are professionals.
If you do not have the intention of using our services and require to
speak with someone by phone, then please call your local Chinese consulate.
(good luck with that!) You can find a reference of Chinese consulates near
you by clicking here. If we suspect that you
are attempting to waste our time on the phone and you do not have the
intention of using our service, we will stop the conversation abruptly and
reserve the right to insult you. Vigorously.
