YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR DOCUMENTS IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE CHINESE CONSULATE WHOS DECISION IS FINAL.

RESUBMISSIONS & FEES:  FAILURE TO PROVIDE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: will result in a non-refundable $75.00 Resubmit fee.  Incomplete or Improperly filled out documents, or documents that are not signed and dated and/or have the appropriate (non-ink jet rendered) 2x2 Visa Size Photograph attached to the application form will result in processing delay and a resubmit fees. THE CHINESE CONSULATE DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS.  APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE FIRST ATTEMPT TO PROCESS VISA OR AUTHENTICATION APPLICATION AT THE CHINESE CONSULATE.

Passport Validity

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A CHINA VISA, YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AND NOT EXPIRING AT LEAST SIX MONTHS BEYOND YOUR EXPECTED RETURN DATE AND YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO VISA PAGES AVAILABLE FOR THE CONSUL TO AFFIX THE VISA INTO YOUR PASSPORT.

DAMAGED PASSPORTS:  DAMAGED PASSPORTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE CHINESE CONSULATE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.  DAMAGED PASSPORTS ARE THOSE WHICH HAVE BEEN CHEWED, TORN, RIPPED, BURNED, STAINED OR ALTERED.  AGE FADED PASSPORTS ARE ACCEPTABLE.  IF YOU SEND US A DAMAGED PASSPORT WE WILL ATTEMPT TO SECURE A VISA FOR YOU, THEN:   1.  YOUR VISA WILL BE REJECTED BY THE CHINESE CONSULATE  2.  YOU WILL BE INSULTED  3.  THERE IS NO REFUND.  ** IF YOU HAVE TO ASK IF YOUR PASSPORT IS DAMAGED, THEN IT IS VERY LIKELY DAMAGED AND UNUSABLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING A VISA.

Non-Citizens

Non US Citizens who have never been to China before:  Can apply for Chinese visas in the United States using our service provided that  the applicant can illustrate a valid United States visa status (study F1, work H1b, etc.) or has a Permanent Resident status.   The Chinese consulate has declared that no multiple entry visas will be issued to individuals who have never been to China before.

Non US Citizens who have been to China before:   May apply for a China visa and multiple-entry visa to China and are not required to have special visa status in the USA.  In order to qualify, you MUST have an expired China Visa in your passport.

Travelling with Children

THOSE INDIVIDUALS TRAVELLING WITH INFANT CHILDREN AND CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST PRESENT A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND ILLUSTRATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND THE CHILD.  FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP OR PARENT WILL LIKELY RESULT IN A REJECTED VISA APPLICATION.

Changing Your Service

The best option is to plan well in advance BEFORE you submit your visa application.  Changing your service once your passport has been submitted will result in a $75.00 change fee and an additional $30 fee charged by the consulate.  For those who think this $100 fee is high, we recommend that you make the special trip to the consulate, stand in a special line for three hours and make the change yourself.   Our couriers who process these change requests are unable to service other customers during this time.

Multiple Entry Visas

MULTIPLE ENTRY VISAS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN ILLUSTRATE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TO CHINA BEFORE WITH AN EXPIRED VISA IN THEIR PASSPORT.   SOMETIMES THE CHINESE CONSULATE REQUESTS A LETTER FROM THE APPLICANT INDICATING THE REASON WHY THEY NEED A MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA.   IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL ENTRIES TO CHINA AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TO CHINA BEFORE, THE CHINESE CONSULATE WILL ISSUE YOU A SIX MONTH, DOUBLE-ENTRY VISA VALID FOR BETWEEN 30-60 DAYS EACH ENTRY.

Consultation By Phone

We go far above and beyond to provide you with updated and accurate information to assist you with the sometimes complicated visa application process.  There are people available to answer your questions at all hours of the day and even on the weekends.  However, we do not provide consultation to non-paying customers or individuals seeking free information in order to process their applications in-person.  This is a business and we are professionals.

If you do not have the intention of using our services and require to speak with someone by phone, then please call your local Chinese consulate.  (good luck with that!)  You can find a reference of Chinese consulates near you by clicking here.   If we suspect that you are attempting to waste our time on the phone and you do not have the intention of using our service, we will stop the conversation abruptly and reserve the right to insult you.  Vigorously.
