International China Visa Service
Need to process your visa while overseas?
We can help.
International China Visa application services are available to
United States citizens living abroad. Fees are sharply higher
for this service but much less expensive than returning back to the
United States for visa service.
PandaVisa.com has reduced the number of steps required to process
your application. We have created a new online China Visa
Application form generating tool that makes the application Fast,
Easy and Error Free!
Service fee's starting as low as $17.99!
Do I need to mail my passport?
Yes. You will need to mail your passport, visa photos and
all other relevant documents to the visa you are applying for.
How to Apply?
Using the menu above, choose the visa type you are applying for
and follow the instructions on the page. When you go to pay,
you will need to choose International Service.
How long will it take?
We process all international service orders with expedited
processing. It takes two days for us to process your visa
application. You should take into consideration the mail
service in the country where you are residing and plan accordingly.
On average, we recommend planning 10-12 days for turnaround.
Why is it so expensive?
First, we allocate a person to your passport for the time it is
processed. This persons entire day is consumed with this
process. They are not processing anyone else's passport during
this time. The service is actually 39% cheaper compared to
what other visa companies charge.
Can I apply if I am in China?
Yes. In fact, you will probably save yourself between $200
-$400 dollars. Chinese visa companies charge a little less
than what it would cost you to return to the United States to
process your visa. (up to 7,000 CNY) They know you are in a
bind and inflate their service fees dramatically.
Who can apply for international service?
Only United States citizens can apply for international service.
What are the risks?
MAIL SERVICE DELAYS: Many countries do not offer good mail
services. Please include a cover letter that clearly
illustrates your contact information, the address of your foreign
residence in both English and the local language.
ENTRY & EXIT PROCEDURES: This situation applies only to
those who are currently residing in China who have exhausted their
in-country extensions and are using this service to save money over
a return plane ticket. You should only apply if you are
well within the expiry of your existing visa, and have at least 15
-20 days remaining on your entry.
Once you receive your new visa. You will be required to
leave the country and re-enter in order to activate the visa.
This can be accomplished by making a cheap and quick train ride to
Hong Kong.
